Sending Secure Emails From Microsoft Outlook

To send a secure email message inside of Outlook, click the “New Email” tab. Compose your message and include any attachments as you normally would with any regular email.

Or you can send securely via NeoCertified by clicking the “Send NeoCertified” button.
When receiving a NeoCertified secure email message as a NeoCertified user, you’ll first receive a secure email notification. You can choose to click the link within the email to open the message from the NeoCertified Secure Portal.
Or you can simply click the “Receive NeoCertified” button inside of Outlook.
Doing this will retrieve a plain-text copy of the secure email message and any included attachments.
You can choose to save or download the attachments of the message directly to your computer.
Your recipient will be required to create a password the first time they receive a NeoCertified secure email message from you. This will initiate their recipient account.
After their password has been set up, they will have access to the NeoCertified Secure Portal where they can view and download your secure email message, as well as any included attachments.
