Our NeoCertified Secure Email Solution integrates with any email address. It allows you to send and receive secure messages from our secure portal, on any mobile device, and from any Microsoft Outlook application.
How to send and receive secure messages directly from Microsoft Outlook.
To compose a new secure message from Outlook Click “New Email”. Fill in the “Recipient”, “Subject”, and “Message” fields and include any attachments just as you would with any standard email.
As you see, you still have your normal “Send” button which you can use any time you don’t need to send a secure message.
But, when you do need to send securely click the “Send NeoCertified” button right above it.
A pop-up message will inform you that your message was successful.
Upon first receiving a secure message you’ll receive a secure notification email inside Outlook. From here, you’ll be able to click the provided blue link to view your secure message inside our secure portal. Or you can choose to retrieve the secure message directly from your Outlook application.
You’ll still have your normal “Send/Receive All Folders” button, but with our NeoCertified Outlook plug-in installed you now have a “Receive NeoCertified” button. This will retrieve your secure messages from our NeoCertified secure portal.
The secure message will appear in your Inbox where you can view the message’s contents. You can also choose to open or save any included secure attachments.
Send And Receiving Secure Email From The Cloud.
After you sign in to the NeoCertified secure portal, you will find your Inbox, Track Sent, Drafts, and Trash folders along the left-hand column. You’ll also find a link for NeoCertified Support, your Address Book, Statistics, Account Preferences, and Message Reports.
When you open your secure message you’ll be able to view the message’s contents,the digital signature, the time and date the message was sent, and of course, any attachments.
To compose a new secure message, click “Compose Mail” in the upper left- corner.
Once you fill in the Recipient email address, the subject line, and the message, you can set the priority status and expiration date for the message. You can also enable read-receipts and disable message forwarding.
A message will appear notifying you that your message was successful.
Send And Receiving Secure Emails From Your Mobile Device
Log in to the NeoCertified portal on your mobile device.
Once you’re signed in, you can see your Inbox, Track Sent, Drafts, and Trash folders. To compose a new secure message, select the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Fill in your Recipient address, subject line, message, and set the priority and expiration for the message. You can enable read-receipts and disable message forwarding, as well. Click “Send” when you’re ready to send the message securely.
You’ll receive confirmation that your message has been sent securely.

All they need to do is select a Recipient location for their message, provide their own name and email address, fill in the subject line and message, and include any secure files or documents that they need to attach.
