Remember Your Login Info!

Please keep your login information in a secure location! You can always use the “Forgot Password” link on the initial login page if you happen to forget your credentials.

Account Preferences

On the Preferences page, located within the main menu of your Secure Message Center, you can set your time-zone, retention period for secure emails, create a signature block, and much more! Feel free to contact support at (877) 613-5036 with any questions!

Brand Your Account

If you would like a company logo or graphic to be displayed inside of your Secure Message Center to your recipients, please email the graphic to support@neocertified.com with the subject line “Secure Message Center Company Logo” followed by your name and company.

Recipient Information

All of your secure email recipients will be required to set up a password when first receiving a secure email. Once inside their Secure Message Center, they’ll be able to read & reply to your secure emails.

Administrator Guide

ADMINISTRATORS ONLY: If you’re an administrator who’ll be managing multiple NeoCertified accounts for multiple users within a company in the future, please download the walk-through here before requesting Administrator Access from our NeoCertified Support Team at Support@NeoCertified.com.

Message Retention

NeoCertified’s Secure Message Retention is the period of time that, after sending or receiving a secure email message, your message will be stored securely before permanent deletion.

Message Retention Periods can be adjusted anywhere from 1 Day up to 7 Years to Indefinite (never automatically deleting). They are defaulted at a 6-month retention period.

PLEASE NOTE: All secure email accounts purchased through NeoCertified.com come default with a 6-Month Retention Period. This means that your secure email messages both sent & received will only be stored for a 6-month period before they expire and be permanently deleted from the system 6 months after the sent date.

If you require that your messages be held for a longer (or shorter) amount of time, please contact Support@NeoCertified.com.
