Have You Received A Secure Email?

Here’s How to Read your Secure Email!

STEP 1: Once you’ve received a NeoCertified Secure Email Notification, click on “Click Here To Open Your Secure Message”.

STEP 2-a: If you are prompted to create a password, please create and repeat the password to activate your secure email account for free. This will allow you to read your secure email message.

STEP 2-b: If you are not prompted to create a password, this means a password is already in place for your account. If you happen to remember your password, use that password to log in to the account. If you do not remember the password, click on “Forgot Password” to reset the password.

Follow the steps to reset your password to get into your account.

STEP 3: Once you’ve logged in to your account, click on the email message subject line to open your secure message. You can then read and reply to the secure email. To download any attachments, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the included attachment(s).
